The No. 6 100-ton converter of our company's special steel division was officially retired after producing the last batch of molten steel. The converter was completed and put into operation in January 2008, producing nearly 1 million tons of qualified molten steel that year; it has been in operation for 16 years and 4 months so far, and has produced more than 17 million tons of qualified molten steel, making an important contribution to the company's sustainable development.
