The intelligent dry car washing platform was successfully tested in the thermal process of our steel plant. It is reported that the platform adopts a high-pressure air knife + brush blowing system, and uses powerful compressed air instead of water to clean vehicles so as to save water. The platform is also equipped with an intelligent management and control car washing system, which can realize multiple functions such as intelligent vehicle scanning and identification, automatic dust detection, and automatic access control. Compared with the traditional water washing platform, this platform can save about 1 million yuan in construction costs, and provides a solution for the needs of vehicle cleaning and transportation in special environments in alpine regions.
