Our company has recently achieved a major technological breakthrough, and the first phase of the 1.2 million tons hydrogen metallurgical demonstration project has been fully put into production. Two years after the project was launched, the group's party secretary and chairman personally announced the official start of production of the first hydrogen metallurgical green automobile plate continuous casting production line. The production line adopts industry-leading equipment technology, equipped with a 1900 mm single-strand slab continuous casting machine, and innovatively uses the new short process of "hydrogen-based vertical furnace-near zero carbon emission arc furnace" to form an annual production capacity of 1.5 million tons of high-end green and low-carbon automobile plate materials. The production line is equipped with a large-capacity tundish, integrated with dynamic hydraulic width adjustment intelligent crystallizer, automatic spraying and quality tracking system, liquid level control compensation system, intelligent fan-shaped segment, dynamic soft pressure and comprehensive automation and quality control system and other advanced equipment, which can produce high-end products such as automotive structural steel, ultra-low carbon emission steel, automotive beam steel, etc. The slab specifications cover widths of 900 mm to 1900 mm and thicknesses of 230 mm to 250 mm. The successful commissioning of the production line marks that the company has achieved full chain connection from raw materials to finished products in the field of green automotive plate manufacturing, setting a new benchmark for the green development of the industry.
